Where the storage is at a location remote from the installation site, transfer of our materials to site is the responsibility of the buyer.
14. Additional expenses sustained in making up for a defective or irregular floor will be to the buyer's account. 19. 21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, withhold delivery of any additional Goods to the Purchaser and may end, without liability to the Buyer, any or all surviving contracts between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate appropriate on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
